What to Expect on the Inspection Visit
An on-site estimate typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Here’s what happens:
- We measure the garage or basement floor for accurate square footage.
- We test the slab with a calibrated moisture meter at multiple points, and we run a calcium chloride test if conditions warrant it.
- We document any cracks, divots, scaling, or existing coatings that need repair or removal.
- We walk you through finish options — flake blends, metallic options, sheen choices.
- We write an itemized quote on the spot or email it within 24 hours. Every line item is explained.

What to Have Ready
To make the estimate visit go smoothly, it helps if you have:
